A generous button-front over shirt cut from Man-Tle’s perennial high density cotton weather cloth shirting, woven in Shizuoka, in a soft warm light ecru beige. Features a folded collar with a partial stand for improved structure, large top-entry waist pockets running the full width of the front panels, and vented side seams for comfort and mobility. Low-slung armholes, a wide body, and generous sleeves combine to create a high volume silhouette that falls with pleasing, light, crisp structure, evoking a sense of timeless utility. Constructed using fine single needle flat felled seams throughout for a hard wearing finish that leaves a remarkably tidy interior; sew-on tonal military buttons.
With wear and washing the weather cloth will soften, becoming lighter as it takes on a softer papery texture.
