A relaxed, classic fitting shirt designed specifically for use with natural dyes cut from a lightweight, cotton-linen parachute cloth with a please crispness. This edition has been dyed to a deep, rich indigo blue using a traditionally processed, fermented indigo dye bath by the master dyers at Buaisou. The indigo leaves used in the production of the dye are grown, dried, and composted on-site, allowing total control over all factors to produce this rich shade. Features a wider collar than is typical for MAN-TLE, a left breast pocket, a clean finished back yoke, and a flat hem. Constructed using french seams throughout for MAN-TLE’s trademark durable finish that is built to last; corozo buttons.
Note: Use some caution when wearing with lighter colours, dye may transfer through friction. Natural indigo is a living dye, its colour is intended to change with age as it reacts with the environment and sunlight. There may be slight variation in tone throughout as a result of the artisanal hand dyeing process.
