It was a pleasure to see the name of our friend Dylan Watson pop up recently in the featured section of Freunde von Freunden. A prodigy in the kitchen, this young Canadian chef has harnessed culinary brilliance in what may seem only a short span of time. From training at 3-star Michelin restaurants in Japan to the world renowned Noma in Denmark, Dylan's past two years have been occupied in Berlin where he's honed his own intimate dining venture, Ernst. He takes FvF on a routine trip foraging for produce, visiting specialty market vendors and biodynamic farms, all the while expounding his uniquely detail-driven and informed approach to food.
