Designing from a fascination with the ingenuity of traditional modes of production, each item is reduced in its design to create simple solutions for the needs of daily life. An active teaching practice, transferring her skills to adults and children alike, forms an integral component of Telle’s approach, ensuring craft continues to evolve through the future. Intended to age gracefully, each felted bag will grow with its wearer, reflecting a life lived in its patterns of wear.
