Sales Associate
Someone to consistently offer exceptional customer service while completing assigned tasks in the day to day operations of the store.
- Uphold the company image by maintaining a professional demeanour, grace and sense of formality at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to engage new and existing clients through in-store and online customer service
- Maintain repeat clients and increase customer base by using client reach out tools provided
- Follow through with customer inquiries, requests
- Ensure opening and closing duties are completed daily
- Assist in receiving new merchandise is i) received and tagged; ii) steamed and displayed on the floor
- To fill out shop documents and ensuring documents are up to date and accurately completed on days worked
- Aid in writing descriptions for online store
- Customer engagement through Instagram stories. Offer creative and sales focused stories to feature new arrivals, sales and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience
- Interest in clothing/fashion and design, and a knowledge of the brands carried in the store
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Proficiency with POS operations
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- A drive to pursue and close sales.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability handle multiple tasks simultaneously effectively
- Excellent organizational skills, and self-motivation
Must have open availability.
