A generous fitting button front over shirt cut from a “barley twist” cotton with a textured stripe that has been dyed to a rich indigo blue as part of Tender’s ongoing “Achilles Heel” series. Features a collarless neckline finished with an exposed facing, two patch pockets at the waist and a gently curved hem. The roomy chest accompanied by a subtle drop shoulder make for a dynamic silhouette that responds well to movement. Constructed with Tender’s trademark attention to durability using chain stitched flat felled seams throughout for a hard wearing finish that is built to last; hand cast pewter buttons.
Achilles Heel garments are dip dyed in indigo with one portion left out from the dye bath. For this shirt the light spot is featured at the hem of the side seams.
As with all Tender garments, some fading and dye transfer should be expected with wearing and washing. Use caution when wearing with light coloured fabrics and use gentle washing methods when possible.
