Handcrafted in India, these kantha quilts are made using a century-old tradition of stitching patchwork cloths from reclaimed cotton fabrics which are then overdyed. A technique which evolved from the thrift of rural women. Finished with contrasting top stitches and small embroideries. Each quilt has subtle differences as they are handmade, some with more patches and embroidery than others.
