An easy, relaxed fitting jacket cut from a rugged, red/white checked, linen cotton, French Kelsch cloth with a crinkled surface and pleasing bounce. Features an integrated stand collar cut as a continuation of the front panel that meets at the back neck and high-volume lined darted patch pockets at the waist. Two-piece raglan sleeve construction with darting at the elbow and cuff complements the subtle shaping from waist darts to create a bagged silhouette with a slight forward stance. Completed with a full lining in a fine, crisp cotton shirting cloth featuring two button-closure inner pockets; dark Corozo buttons throughout, contrast stitching in a warm bronze orange throughout.

Initially woven by French peasant families, in a tradition similar to Scottish tartans, the rugged Kelsch cloth is woven by a one-man operation in Alsace, located in Eastern France.
